Mga Pagkaing Mayaman sa Bitamina A, B, C, D, E: Kumpletong Gabay ng Pamilyang Pinoy

Hindi lang supplements ang sagot para maging malusog ang katawan. Narito ang kumpletong gabay sa mga pagkaing mayaman sa bitamina A, B, C, D, E para sa kalusugan ng buong pamilya.

Alam mo ba na hindi lang supplements ang sagot para maging malusog ang katawan? Maraming mga pagkaing mayaman sa bitamina A, B, C, D, E na makikita na mismo sa palengke o kahit sa sariling bakuran. Kung gusto mong mapalakas ang resistensya ng pamilya, maiwasan ang sakit, at masiguro ang tamang paglaki ng mga bata, dapat alam mo kung anong pagkain ang may taglay na mahahalagang bitamina mula A hanggang E.


Bitamina A – Para sa malinaw na paningin at malusog na balat

  • Benepisyo: Tulong sa mata, balat, at immune system.

  • Mga pagkaing mayaman dito: karot, kalabasa, kamote, malunggay, atay ng manok/baka, itlog.

  • Kapag kulang: madaling dapuan ng impeksyon, panlalabo ng mata.


Bitamina B Complex – Energy booster at pangangalaga sa nerves

  • Benepisyo: Pinagmumulan ng enerhiya, mahalaga para sa utak at dugo.

  • Mga pagkaing mayaman dito: whole grains (oats, brown rice), saging, mani, karne, isda, itlog, gatas.

  • Kapag kulang: panghihina, iritable, pamamanhid ng kamay o paa.


Bitamina C – Panglaban sa sakit at pampagaling ng sugat

  • Benepisyo: Pinapalakas ang resistensya at gumagawa ng collagen.

  • Mga pagkaing mayaman dito: dalanghita, kalamansi, bayabas, papaya, kiwi, broccoli, bell pepper.

  • Kapag kulang: madaling sipunin, mabagal gumaling ang sugat.


Bitamina D – Pampalakas ng buto at ngipin

  • Benepisyo: Tulong sa calcium absorption.

  • Mga pagkaing mayaman dito: isdang mataba (sardinas, salmon, tuna), itlog, gatas, at araw (sun exposure).

  • Kapag kulang: panghihina ng buto, rickets sa bata.


Bitamina E – Antioxidant para sa balat at dugo

  • Benepisyo: Nagpoprotekta laban sa free radicals, mahalaga sa reproductive health.

  • Mga pagkaing mayaman dito: mani (almond, peanuts), sunflower seeds, abokado, spinach, broccoli, seafood.

  • Kapag kulang: madaling mapagod, problema sa balat, panghihina ng muscles.
