Model with Down syndrome becomes a beauty ambassador

The fearless Katie Meade just made history as the first model with down syndrome ever to land a beauty campaign!

There was a time when models with conditions such as Down syndrome were unheard of. But now they are proving to be forces to be reckoned with in the fashion industry.

Meet Katie Meade, the 32-year-old model who’s making history as the first woman with Down syndrome to become the face of a beauty product, reports PEOPLE.

When you purchase any Beauty & Pin-Ups product, a portion of the proceeds goes right to Best Buddies International, an… Posted by Beauty & Pin-Ups on Wednesday, March 30, 2016
