How to make pear and apple purée for your baby
What you need:
1 ripe pear, peeled and sliced
1 apple, peeled and sliced
What you do:
1) Place the pear and apple in a small saucepan with one tablespoon of water. Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender.
2) Purée the fruit in a blender.
3) Serve only a portion and then store the rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator for not longer than 3 days. You may also opt to store some of the pear and apple puree in the freezer.
