Widow who began dating brother-in-law after her husband died on the sofa 'ends relationship'

The widow whose husband died on the sofa shortly after they had an argument is now being criticized for having a relationship with her late husband's brother.

Widow Ashlee Murrell once again finds herself in the headlines after it was found that she started a relationship with her brother-in-law just weeks after her husband’s death.

She initially denied the relationship

Right after her husband’s death, Ashlee said “I felt so guilty. I was so angry with myself for making him sleep on the sofa. I still find it so hard to think that my last words to him were out of anger.”

She adds, “When I found out he’d been saving to take us on an anniversary holiday it was awful – heartbreaking doesn’t begin to cover it.”

However, just a few weeks after her husband’s death, it was discovered that she had started a relationship with her late husband’s brother.

She initially denied having a relationship with her brother-in-law, insisting that their relationship was ‘fake’ and she was only doing it to comfort their children. However, she later admitted that it became romantic.

She shares, “We became close and fell in love, it was never planned but it’s happened and it feels right. I will never ever forget my beautiful husband but life is too short to miss out on happiness.”

She eventually ended their relationship

Because of her relationship with her brother-in-law only weeks after her husband’s death, she received a lot of backlash from her dead husband’s family about what happened.

The couple even received death threats, and some people have even accused her of suffocating her husband. Some even said that they will be coming for her kids, and that they will be taking out a contract to kill both her and her brother-in-law.

After some time, she eventually decided to end their relationship, and wrote a message to her dead husband on her Facebook wall.

“You will always be in my heart Mikey and I know I’ve made a mistake, and I promise you that when my time comes I’m coming home to you,” she writes.
