Malapit na magpasukan, mommies! Siguradong excited na ang mga bata na bumili ng mga bagong notebooks, libro, ballpens, at iba pa. Pero bago ang lahat, kailangan muna ninyong matantsya kung magkakasya nga ba ang budget natin, diba? Di rin biro ang taas ng tuition fee kung kaya’t napaka-importante na masulit ang budget na nakalaan para sa school supplies.

Alamin ang mga back-to-school tipid tips para sa mga nanay na tunay na wais!

1. Mag-online shopping sa Shopee, Lazada, at iba pang digital stores

Hindi na kailangan lumabas ng bahay para makahanap ng murang school supplies. Maraming back-to-school deals sa Shopee at Lazada—lalo na kapag may mga payday sale, vouchers, o free shipping promos. May mga bundle offers pa sa pad paper, notebooks, ballpen sets, at marami pang iba.

Bonus tip: Gumamit ng cashback apps tulad ng ShopBack o GCash rewards para mas makatipid pa.

2. Magsama ng mga kaibigang mommies sa pamimili (online man o physical stores)

Kung lalarga pa rin kayo sa Divisoria, mas tipid kung sama-sama! Pwede kayong makakuha ng wholesale price sa pad paper, pentel pen, coloring pencils, at iba pa. Same goes for online—mag-group order kayo sa Shopee or Lazada para hati-hati sa shipping at masulit ang discounts.

Tipid sa pamasahe, tipid sa delivery, at may kachikahan ka pa!

3. Mag-DIY at i-recycle ang lumang school supplies

Kung may notebook na hindi naman nasulatan lahat ng pahina, baklasin ang spring nito, pagsama-samahin para maging makapal muli. Gumupit ng construction paper na pantakip at tahiin ng yarn ang gilid kung saan naroon ang dating spring. Alamin ang buong proseso sa blog na ito. Masaya ring bonding ito kasama ang mga anak niyo habang bakasyon pa sila!

4. Bumili ng maluwag na uniform at matibay na shoes

Hangga’t maaari puwedeng bumili ka ng medyo maluwag na na uniform para di agad sumikip habang lumalaki ang anak mo. Puwede nila gamitin hanggang 2 to 3 years.

Para sa school shoes, mag-invest sa brand na matibay, magtanong sa mommy friends kung ano ang tried and tested na nila. Makakatipid ka kung piliin mo ang matibay na medyo mapapagastos ka kesa mura nga, masisira naman agad. Tapos, hindi pa kumportable ang anak mo.

Para sa socks naman, piliin ang stretchable para tumagal ng hanggang 3 years. Maganda rin kung iisang kulay na lang lahat para tipid din sa paglalaba.

5. Bumili ng secondhand books at self-adhesive book covers

Puwede kang humiram o bumili sa book sale ng textbooks, siguraduhin lang na malinis ito at wala pang sulat o punit. Puwede mo rin takpan ito ng art paper or gift wrapper para magmukhang bago ang mga ito. Maaari ding bumili na mismo sa school para makatipid sa pamasahe o maka-avail ng student discounts kung meron man.

Imbis na bumili ka ng maraming plastic cover at scotch tape, piliin mo na yung self-adhesive book covers na dumidikit mag-isa. This way, makakatipid ka na, mas mapapabilis pa ang pagbalot niyo ng books at notebooks!

 

Final reminder, mga mommies: Hindi kailangang maging magastos para maging handa sa pasukan. Sa konting planning at diskarte—lalo na gamit ang mga online tools at digital stores—makakabuo ka ng mas wais at mas tipid na paraan ng paghahanda.
