It’s both tragic and beautiful to think that a bride saves 3 lives after death. The woman lost her life after suffering from a brain haemorrhage a day after her wedding.

She suffered from brain bleeds after her wedding day and died in a hospital. Despite her heartbreaking death, she fulfils a full-circle moment when her organs served to save the lives of 3 people.

New Bride Saves Lives After Death

The woman who died after her wedding was able to save three lives right after her death. She currently earns praise from netizens in mainland China as her husband and family donated her organs.

The woman’s surname is Zhang. She is from Fuping country in Shaanxi province, Northwestern China.

On the 5th of August, the Red Cross Society of China said Zhang suffered from a brain haemorrhage a day after her wedding. The family immediately brought her to the hospital; unfortunately, she died on the same day.

She Saved Three Lives After Death

The woman’s husband and family were still devasted by her fate. Despite all that, they still decided to donate her organs and save other people’s lives while still grieving. The family also added that the organ donations fulfil her wish of saving other people.

Moreover, the bride’s family also spoke with the hospital’s volunteer coordinators regarding Zhang’s wish. They mentioned that she wants her organs to provide a second chance for people who need them.

Concerning this, Zhang’s parents and widowed husband all agreed to one decision. They all agreed to donate her organs at that exact moment and immediately filled out the required paperwork.

During that time, everyone present while the family agreed to organ donation was moved to tears. All doctors, nurses, and volunteers appreciate the generosity of the whole family.

3 People Get a Second Chance in Life

A team of six doctors was in charge of removing Zhang’s organs. In relation to this, she was able to save the lives of three people right after the successful removal of her organs.

“The organs she donated saved strangers in need, benefiting others and society,” said the widowed husband.

It is not just the people present in the hospital who were moved by the generosity of her whole family. A lot of online users in China were moved after they reported the woman’s story. Concerning this, Zhang and her family received many offering blessings from the netizens.

Aside from expressing his grief, the man adds, “Maybe someday I will encounter her shadow in the crowd somewhere in the city.”

One netizen said heaven would surely sprinkle a lovely rainbow for a “good girl” like Zhang. Some even labelled her as an “angel,” and she will no longer feel pain as she is already in heaven.

“Organ donation is a way of living on after death,” said a netizen.

Few Things You Should Know About Brain Haemorrhage

Brain haemorrhage is also known as a brain bleed or bleeding in the brain. It could happen due to an accident, brain tumour, and stroke. Aside from that, high blood pressure caused by congenital or other health conditions may also cause a brain haemorrhage.

Brain bleeds are a serious health condition. It could cause brain damage and may also be life-threatening. Since this medical condition is life-threatening, it necessarily requires immediate treatment.

  • Cerebral aneurysm, or a weakened bulge in a brain artery
  • Extremely high blood pressure
  • Blood vessel anomalies
  • Blood or bleeding disorders
  • Liver disease
  • Brain tumour
  • Consumption of illicit drugs

What Are the Symptoms of Brain Haemorrhage?

The symptoms of a brain haemorrhage vary depending on a patient’s health condition.

However, there are common symptoms of brain haemorrhage, including sudden tingling, weakness, numbness, or paralysis of the face, arm, or leg. It usually occurs on one side of the body only.

Other symptoms include the following:

  • Sudden, severe headache
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Problems with vision
  • Loss of balance or coordination
  • Confusion or difficulty understanding
  • Difficulty talking or slurred speech
  • Stupor, lethargy, or unconsciousness
  • Seizures
