Do you find yourself looking into the mirror too often and imagining your body with bigger breasts? Well, you might be in the league of women who who feel they are not endowed enough in the breast department.

A well-defined pair of breasts can enhance curves, make clothes appear attractive and, most importantly, make a woman feel confident.

Going under the knife is one of the ways to increase breast size. But not all of us have the time or the money to afford a surgery. The fear of side effects and complications after a surgery also don't make that a great option.

But hey, don't lose heart. There are many natural and simple ways to increase breast size without having to think about surgery.

Certain foods have properties that have been found to increase breast size when consumed regularly in moderate quantities.

Flax seeds
Flax seeds are believed to be the richest source of phytoestrogens (the dietary estrogens) and can contribute significantly to breast growth. Add a teaspoon of flaxseed powder to your salad or pancakes and that can do wonders.

Fenugreek and fennel seeds
Herbs fenugreek and fennel have been traditionally used to increase breast size and breast milk supply. Include a teaspoon of fenugreek powder in your diet by adding them to your veggies or dals. You could also soak a few fenugreek seeds overnight and have them over an empty stomach in the morning. Have fennel tea or simply chew on a few after a meal.

Some foods are rich in Isofalvones. These mimic the hormone estrogen, which is responsible for the increase in breast size during puberty. Legumes, particularly soybean, is the richest source of isofalvones. So make sure you gulp down a glass of soya milk during the day.

Massage your breasts at least twice a day to increase blood circulation and the flow of hormones to help increase their size.

Try these ayurvedic home remedies: Make a paste with fenugreek powder and warm water. Massage this to the breasts and wash after 15-20 minutes. Heat cod liver oil or mustard oil and add a few fennel seeds to it. Switch off the flame once the fennel seeds become brown. Massage this oil to your breasts before you bathe.

Rub your palms together vigorously with the paste or oil. Place your hands on your breasts, and begin to gently rub inwards with circular motions. Cover the entire breast area and complete at least 50 rotations at a time. Be gentle, yet firm.

Exercising your pectoral (chest) muscles can make your breasts appear bigger, firmer and perkier.

Push-ups and inverted push-ups target your chest muscles and tone them well. Use of free weights (dumb-bells) and bench press also lift the breasts and make them look bigger. Ask a certified gym instructor to design an exercise program to suit your level.

Wear the right bra

Wearing the correct bra can give your breasts that added push which is required to make them look full and shapely.

Push up bras are a great style to wear, giving you that ample cleavage look. Padded and balconette bras enhance the apparent size of the breasts and make them look fuller.

Wear bust enhancing clothes

Wear bust enhancing clothes

Clothes can come to the rescue when it comes to giving small breasts a fuller appearance.

Wearing tops and shirts with frills or ruffles on the chest area give a plus size look. Stitch your salwar kameezes or saree blouses with sweetheart, collar or halter necklines to accentuate the chest. Wearing clothes with high necks or horizontal stripes on the chest also help give the bust line a fuller look.

Certain yoga asanas concentrate on strengthening the chest muscles. Try the following:

Cow face Pose
Sit on the floor, bend your right leg backwards and sit on your right foot. Bend your left knee and place over the right knee. Bend your right arm at the back at your elbow and place the left hand at the back below the neck. Try to lock the fingers of both hands behind the shoulder blades with your head upright.

Cobra Pose
Lie face down on the floor with your palms placed below your shoulders. Push your upper body off the floor and straighten your arms while keeping your hips and feet on the mat.

Camel Pose
Kneel on the ground with your hands on the hips. Bend backwards as you lengthen the spine and place your hands on your heels. Elongate your neck and allow your head to curl backwards.

Bright colored tops make the chest area stand out as opposed to subdued colors. Wear clothes with detailed or high necklines in bright hues to make a statement. Reserve the subdued colors for the bottoms.
Make them up

Make them up

If you are wearing cleavage revealing clothes, accentuate the curves of your breast by using make-up! Apply a darker tone of foundation on your skin to make the breasts appear larger.
Put on weight in general

Put on weight in general

A strenuous exercise and dieting regime will not increase the size of the breasts. Eat foods rich in healthy calories for general increase in body weight if you want an increase in your bust measurements.
Get your vitamins right

Get your vitamins right

Vitamins A, E and C are needed for healthy body. Ensure a regular intake of these vitamins through food for healthier, perkier looking breasts. Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of collagen, the protein required to hold our entire body together.
Correcting Posture

Correcting Posture

Slouching can make your breasts appear smaller. Standing or sitting erect with your neck straightened and your chest muscles slightly pushed out (not too much) can give an appearance of a bigger cup size. Practice this in front of a mirror and watch your cup size appear to look bigger!
