Si Emerald o “Emrie” ayon sa isang Instagram post ni Jewel ay pangalawa nilang anak ng mister niyang si Alister Kurzer. Sa kabila ng COVID-19 outbreak ay malusog na isinilang si Emrie sa bigat na 7 pounds at 10 ounces na labis na pinasasalamatan ng aktres.
Sa pinakalatest niya ngang Instagram post ay ibinahagi ni Jewel ang kaniyang kasiyahan at pasasalamat sa Diyos. Dahil ayon sa kaniya, napalaking bagay ang naitulong ng paniniwala o faith niya sa Diyos upang manganak ng kalmado at hindi nag-aalala sa kasalukuyang pinagdadaanan ng buong mundo.
