Shara Chavez, the girlfriend of singer Jovit Baldovino, shared the happy news that she gave birth to a healthy baby girl through her Facebook account.
In the post, the 18-year-old proudly posted a photo of herself, still in her hospital gown, interspersed with a photo of her baby girl in a bassinet at Lipa Medix Medical Center sa Lipa, Batangas.
“First we had each other, then we had you,” the young mom wrote in the caption. “Now we have everything! Welcome to the outside world little one. We love you so much baby Akeya!”
She also tagged Jovit within the caption.

Prior to this post, no one knew she was pregnant. There had been no posts of her growing belly or the like. But, after she broke the news she shared a photo on her instagram of a maternity shoot they had recently.

She also shared the first photo of Baby Akeya in her crib.
Back in May, Shara opened up on here Facebook account that she had been an avid fan of the Pilipinas Got Talent Season 1 winner until they started dating last year.

They’ve been together for almost a year now. Their story started becoming a hot topic on social media when an open letter penned by Shara went viral.

She had been a loyal fan of the singer for three years before meeting him in person.
“Parang kailan lang fan mo lang ako, ngayon ikaw ng buhay ko,” she writes in the letter.
Just in her freshman year of high school, her boyfriend at the time accompanied her to meet Jovit. She recounts to PEP how Jovit was also with his girlfriend back then.
They met again in 2015. This time, on a talent show where Jovit was guesting and she was one of the judges.
They’ve been together for eight months.
In closing her open letter, she reveals how although there are times when they fight, love overcomes everything. “Sobrang kontento na ako sayo,” she wrote. “Di ko na kailangan maghanap pa ng iba kasi binigay mo na ang lahat ng oras, pang unawa at pagmamahal sa akin despite of being a celebrity.”
(I’m so content with you. I don’t need to search for another because you give all your time, understanding, and love to me despite of being a celebrity.)
Jovit is currently part of ABS-CBN’s roster of talents and is often seen on the long running variety show, ASAP.
