19-month-old Carter Whiteside of North Carolina is the star of this video which is quickly going viral posted by his mom LaToya Whiteside.
She shares that Carter started recognizing words when he was only 7 months old. By mastering his ABCs, he’s able to decipher words quickly.
He can also count up to 50!
