Anong Mga Nutrients ang Makukuha sa Gatas ng Batang 3 Pataas?

Ano-ano ang mahahalagang nutrients sa gatas ng mga batang 3 taon pataas? Tuklasin ang tulong ng DHA, calcium, iron, at iba pa sa paglaki ni anak — plus alamin kung anong brand ang may mga ito.

Pagpasok ng edad 3 hanggang 5, mabilis ang paglaki at pag-develop ni toddler — hindi lang sa katawan, kundi pati sa isip at emosyon. Kaya mahalagang mapunan ang mga nutrisyon na kailangan ng katawan nila araw-araw.

Dito pumapasok ang growing-up milk o gatas na formulated para sa mga batang 3 pataas. Pero hindi lahat ng gatas ay pare-pareho. Alamin natin kung anong nutrients ang dapat hanapin, paano ito nakakatulong sa paglaki ni anak, at anong brands sa Pilipinas ang may ganitong sangkap.


???? Gaano Karaming Gatas ang Kailangan Araw-Araw?

Para sa batang 3–5 taong gulang, sapat na ang 1–2 baso ng gatas bawat araw (mga 180ml hanggang 240ml bawat inumin). Hindi ito pamalit sa pagkain, kundi pampuno ng nutrisyon lalo na kung hindi ganon karami o kasustansya ang kinakain ni anak.

Tulong kay baby: Pampatalino. Tumutulong ito sa brain development, memory, at mata. Mahalagang sangkap habang mabilis ang pagbuo ng utak.
