Third Trimester

Ito na ang iyong huling trimester, i-treasure na ang bawat sandali dahil ready nang lumabas at lumaki sa labas si baby. Plan, plan, plan! Pero una sa lahat, ihanda na ang iyong sarili sa araw na paglabas ni baby. Mabilis lamang na dumaan ang third trimester...'wag iwanan lahat sa huling pagkakataon. Gumawa ng to-do list at ihanda ang iyong sarili, mentally, emotionally, physically at spiritually. Narito kami para tumulong.

It is safe to do around 45-minutes of exercise a day in second trimester, to 30 minutes a day in third trimester. Again please get advice from a fitness professional and your doctor before you get started.

    OH dear mummy, maybe not. Doing sit ups may be too strenuous an exercise for you, and may cause a miscarriage. It would be best to ask your doctor before trying this out. There are other stretches and exercises you can do to work out that part of your body without too much strain.

    Hi mummy! While some deodorants have a harmful chemicals that may get absorbed into the body, the natural kind may not. So to avoid any harm, its best to just keep up with your good hygiene routine. Consult with your doctor if you think you really need to wear it.

    Oh mummy no. The insect repellent spray is poisonous. Expectant mothers using insecticides can harm the developing fetal nervous system and even cause miscarriage. Find alternative ways of getting rid of pests or at the very least do not handle the spraying yourself.
