Facebook user “Ayra Dela Cruz Francisco” recently uploaded photos of a naked toddler on all fours who appeared to be eating dog food out of a bowl. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he had rope tied around his neck as if it were a leash, and the caption accompanying the disgusting photos showed that the individual who uploaded the photo thought that treating a toddler like an animal as amusing. The DSWD are currently looking for the boy and his parents. More on the photos in the video below:
