- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Stir the flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl together. Set aside.
- Add the margarine or butter and sugar to a large bowl and cream until light and fluffy. Beat the egg; then add the orange juice and the molasses.
- Put the dry ingredients slowly into the bowl and stir. Place the dough in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes to set.
