Belle Mariano on Self-Care and Personal Expression
Sanicare’s care ambassador, Belle Mariano, led the celebration and shared her thoughts on why hygiene is an important part of self-care. According to Belle, taking care of yourself helps you show up as your best self in every situation.

“Self-care is very important because it helps you gain the energy you need to present yourself to the world,” she shared during the Q and A session.
She also talked about her personal philosophy: self-care is not selfish. She mentioned that taking breaks, spending time with loved ones or disconnecting from social media helps her stay balanced and able to perform at her best.
Belle also spoke about her long-time connection with Sanicare and how the brand aligns with her values. She mentioned growing up with Sanicare products and appreciating the company’s commitment to promoting self-care.
During a special segment with guests, Belle revealed one of her simple but helpful hygiene habits. She keeps hankies in all her bags so she always has one ready no matter which bag she uses for the day.
