For the first time, actress Sunshine Dizon came face-to-face with the alleged mistress of her estranged husband, Timothy Tan.
The alleged third party is Clarisma Sison, who PEP reports gave no comment to the press whatsoever, and was accompanied by a bodyguard as she made her way into the Regional Trial Court as part of the concubinage case filed against her.

Their meeting happened at 1:30pm, according to a PEP report. Clarisma was the first to arrive, followed by Timothy and then lastly, by Sunshine.
Though Clarisma gave no comment, the media who were present at the Hall of Justice were permitted to take a short video clip.

Just a few minutes after the hearing began, Timothy and his lawyer reportedly requested for a reset. This request was granted and the hearing was rescheduled to August 25 (Thursday).
Clarisma still refused to give any comments to any media outlet, according to PEP.

PEP, however, managed to get a statement from Clarisma’s lawyer: “We cannot say anything about the merits of the case. Pending na sa fiscal.”
Concubinage, according to Batas Natin, is committed by a married man who:
- keeps a mistress in the conjugal dwelling
- has sexual intercourse with her under scandalous circumstances
- co-habits with her in any other place (as husband and wife)
Mabuhay Law defines Concubinage as an act “committed by any husband who shall keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, or, shall have sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife, or shall cohabit with her in any other place (Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code or RPC).”
