Sweet Potato Puree
Are you looking for an easy to prepare ‘meal’ for your baby? Try this simple recipe, which will surely fill your little one’s tummy!
What you need:
2 fresh sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons milk (Breast milk is best but you may use formula milk if you want to)
What you do:
1) Wash the sweet potato thoroughly.
2) Preheat the oven at 350 F for a few minutes.
3) Poke holes in the sweet potato.
4) Bake the sweet potato in the oven for 1 hour.
5) Slice the baked sweet potato in half, scoop out the potato bits, then add a little bit of milk to make the puree smooth.
