Meet Glenn Buratti. He’s six years old and he suffers from autism.

Recently, Glenn celebrated his birthday. His mother invited his entire class of 16 to come join Glenn on his special day.

Unfortunately, not one of the party guests showed up to celebrate Glenn's special day.

Glenn's mom took to Facebook and posted the following: "My heart aches for my son. We invited his whole class, and they just ignored us."

Luckily for Glenn, his community wouldn't let this little boy's big day be spoiled!

Soon after his mother posted on Facebook, members of the community came to greet the little guy a happy birthday!

Fire engines and police cars came rushing to the scene but for a different kind of emergency!

Glenn even got the opportunity to ride the police vehicles

Not many other six year olds get an awesome birthday like this

Glenn was made an honorary firefighter for the day!

Not to mention an honorary police officer

The community didn't come empty handed. They brought little Glenn a trunkful of gifts!

This was definitely a birthday that Glenn won't soon forget

It's acts of kindness like this that let you know that the world is filled with kind and compassionate people!

Glenn and his parents will forever be thankful to the kind members of their community for unexpectedly making his birthday great!
