Break the routine and try new ways to enjoy your favorite sex positions with your spouse. Here are some tweaks to some of the most popular positions–missionary, cowgirl, doggie style, and spooning.
1. The “Coital Alignment technique”
Otherwise known as the “Clitty CAT,” this variation to the missionary position almost always guarantees climax, says Men’s Journal. To do this, hubby has to move up a few inches from your typical missionary position. Then, after you wrap your legs around his thighs, press your pelvis up in a back-and-forth motion, encouraging him to press down on you in response.
2. The Knee Hugger
With your knees drawn towards your chest, have your partner kneel in front of you while doing the deed. According to Women’s Health, this revised missionary position allows for maximum tightness and slows down your pace, helping your man’s endurance.
3. The Catcher Cowgirl
This new version of the cowgirl position and the reverse cowgirl position involves straddling your hubby while in a squat position, as opposed to kneeling. Make sure your feet are flat on the bed or on the floor, advises marriage therapist Pat Love, Ed.D., author of Hot Monogamy, in an interview with Women’s Health.
4. The Tingly Twister
While you’re spooning, turn your head toward your hubby and lift your leg, anchoring it over his body. This position is not only intimate, but pleasurable too!
5. The Love Seat
This new take on the popular doggie style involves your hubby leaning back on a chair or against a headboard. Kneel onto him, allowing his chest to press against your back. Move up and down or sway and rock about. This will intensify intimacy for sure!
