Kryz Uy on her first trimester: "I don't want to move. I don't want to eat. I just feel like I want to vomit all the time."

Kryz Uy updates the #SkyFam on the latest developments with Baby #2! She also shares a bit of Scottie boo's new words and langauge at 1 year old.

Kryz Uy seems to have started her pregnancy for baby #2 with days and days of morning sickness and fatigue. In her recent upload on her Youtube channel, she protests against another morning of nausea at her 8th week of pregnancy.

“I don’t wanna move. [I don’t] wanna eat. I just feel like I wanna vomit all the time. I’m so tired. [I don’t] wanna film. [I don’t] have ideas.

I can’t workout, I can’t carry Scott, I can’t do anything, I feel like I’ve forgotten how hard it is to actually be pregnant.”

The recent upload is a pregnancy update long overdue, with them getting affected by Typhoon Odette which hit Cebu including other towns in Visayas.

She then takes the #SkyFam in her pregnancy journey as she attends her check-ups and makes sure that baby #2 is healthy.

Early fears for pregnancy #2

In her first doctor’s appointment, she shares how she’s scared that she might have ectopic pregnancy with menstrual cramps and a lump she feels at one side of her abdomen. Fortunately, (and thank God!) the baby is fine and ectopic pregnancy was ruled out.

The next doctor’s appointments showed good results for baby #2. At week 10, she has also done the Noninvasive Prenatal Testing, and the baby was cleared of any chromosomal abnormalities.

They even had the gender checked already! Kryz Uy is beyond happy knowing her second baby is doing okay and healthy.

The Youngs has planned a whole gender reveal party to kind of welcome the new Sky baby, but unfortunately, the scheduled date for the celebration was 2 days after Odette’s onslaught, so they had to put everything on hold. Kryz shares that they’re planning to reschedule it at a later date when everything becomes more stable.

Morning sickness wearing off

At the moment, Kryz Uy is at her 17th week of pregnancy. She reveals how the past few days have been stressful for her, with no electricity and power, and all the remains of the Odette onslaught.

She shares that (thankfully) the morning sickness has worn off – which was a great blessing especially since they had a lot of house chores to do.

“I think during the typhoon, I was so stressed out, I didn’t sleep for 3 days and I was running on complete adrenaline.

And so, I was scared for the baby, I just couldn’t sleep.  I was stressed all the time – anxious, worried. So I borrowed my sister-in-law’s Doppler machine…and I would just kind of listen and look for the heartbeat of the baby because it just made me freak out na I’m not feeling anything, wala na akong nausea…”

Nevertheless, Kryz Uy’s doctor assured her that things will be fine. She shares that her next appointment would be in mid-January. That’s another update to watch out for.

Be in the loop on the #SkyFam updates and listen to Scott! He’s become more talkative and is able to say more new words! Again congratulations Kryz Uy and we hope that you will continue to have a healthy pregnancy.
