Sa atin, ang equivalent nito ay ‘yung tinatawag nating guisado–which of course comes from the word gisa which literally translates to saute’.

Pancit is a complete meal by itself. You get your carbs from the noodles, your protein from the chicken, pork, etc. and of course your dose of healthy vegetables. All in one plate! But believe it or not, may mga kakilala ako na ginagawang ulam sa kanin ang pansit. O, debah, carbs overload, anyone?

Kabilang na dito ang Pancit Alanganin ng Bulacan, Pancit Bato ng Bicol, Pansit Pusit ng Cavite, at Pancit Mayaman ng Guinayangan sa probinsya ng Quezon. But here, we will do the recipe for Pancit Bihon Guisado. Ito ang pagkain na totoong busog-lusog!
