There is no denying that Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho’s 2-year-old Scarlet Snow loves playing dress up all year round. But this year, she’s making sure to make Halloween extra special by throwing a party for all of her friends.
“I don’t get it. Why do people scare us with ghosts and witches in their houses when we visit for trick or treat? Don’t they know it’s HAPPY Halloween and not Scary Halloween?” read the caption of one of Scarlet’s instagram posts, where she is adorably dressed up as a pouty angel.

Even daddy Hayden and mommy Vicki joined in on the fun, dressing up as giant crayons to match Scarlet’s mini-crayon costume.

Aside from guests dressed up as Disney princesses, one little guest stole the show dressed as the lovable clock from Beauty and the Beast, Cogsworth! None other than Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano’s only boy, Severiano Elliot!
