Sitting through meetings is hard enough; it tears the nerves and drains the will. Harder still if you’re a tired, sleep deprived mother who has to sit through a meeting with no end in sight.

In a video uploaded to Internet news website Reddit, a Ukrainian businesswoman in a meeting sprays breastmilk all over her colleagues after allegedly being denied a break in their 14-hour meeting.

The footage begins with the woman surrounded by men in suits engaged in what appears to be a heated argument.
Completely oblivious to her, the men continue arguing with other until the woman grows so livid she bares her breast and starts squeezing, sending milk squirting everywhere.

They don’t notice it at first, but when they do they try to cover her breast. The woman, however, is having none of it, reportedly screaming, “I can’t take no more, I want to go home. Declare a break!”

Flicks of breastmilk even manages to land on one of her colleague’s hands, leaving him shocked and speechless.

Users from Reddit, in an attempt to make sense of the video, claimed that the woman’s breast likely exploded because she had been denied the opportunity to pump.
“It’s obvious that she had to pump—her breasts were leaking even before she squeezed them,” they said.
Lactating mothers’ breasts become painful when they are unable to pump for hours on end. As lactation consultant Sara Chana said, “the important thing to note is that you don’t need to drain the breast, you need to relieve pressure.”
Express too much milk and your body will produce more. exasperating the problem further. The goal is to find relief when without your breast pump.
