A tribute to the loving parents who perished in the Resorts World Attack

Let us take a moment to remember the parents who were robbed from their young sons and daughters...

The shock of the recent Resorts World Manila attack hit close to home, but for the family and friends of the victims, it robbed them of those they hold dear. Let us remember those whose lives were lost in the senseless tragedy, some of whom were young parents.

Jessica Alindogan

Jessica worked as a supervisor at Resorts World Manila. She is well loved and devoted to her husband and young daughter, who she considered her “everything.”

“Thank you for all the patience and understanding.. We love you so much,” her husband Michael wrote on Jessica’s page, two weeks before the tragic incident.

Jellah Ramos Tabuena

Jellah, a young wife and mom to a toddler, was also a supervisor at Resorts World Manila. She was allegedly trapped and suffocated due to the heavy smoke on June 2. It was three days before her birthday.

In a radio interview with DZMM, Jellah’s parents still demand an explanation from the management about how such a tragedy could happen.

The father of two was also an employee of Resorts World Manila. He is described as a “very kind-hearted brother, friend, son, husband and a father. We will forever cherish the memories and the love you have shared with us,” wrote Aye Viola on Facebook.

His son Gavin turned 4 after the tragic incident.
