Marian Rivera and Ai Ai delas Alas have been good friends for years. Throughout this time, they have celebrated life’s milestones together. In 2014, Ai Ai delas Alas was present at Marian Rivera’s bridal shower and lavish wedding. This time around, it’s Ai Ai’s turn to be the bride and to celebrate this, her good friend Marian threw her a relaxing spa-themed bridal shower.

In attendance were Ai Ai’s daughter Sophia, her son Sancho and his partner Shanna Retuya. Ai Ai and Marian’s co-host on Sunday Pinasaya Lovely Abella and GMA-7 actress Valeen Montenegro were also invited for a fun day of pampering.

Marian enlisted the help of her best friend, events organizer Teena Barretto, to style the intimate event, which took place in Nailandia Bonifacio Stopover.

She provided personalized robes, totes bag, spa kits, and a delectable spread of cold cuts, fruits, vegan burgers, healthy types of wraps and cheese platters.

Ai Ai is set to wed fiancé Gerald Sibayan on December 12, 2017.
