What Are the Key Vitamins Toddlers Need for Healthy Growth?

Toddlers grow and learn fast, kaya mahalaga ang tamang vitamins at nutrients. Discover the key vitamins for toddlers at mga pagkaing rich in Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, at DHA.

Pagdating sa toddler years, sobrang bilis ng changes—mas mabilis silang matuto, mas active, at mas curious. Kaya important na siguraduhin na nakukuha nila ang tamang vitamins and nutrients para ma-support ang kanilang growth at brain development.

1. Vitamin D

  • Bakit mahalaga? Nakakatulong ito sa calcium absorption para sa strong bones and teeth.

2. Calcium

  • Saan makukuha? Breastmilk, fatty fish (tuna, salmon, sardines), at egg yolks.


So, What About Milk for Toddlers?
