Sharon shares the secret of her weight loss journey

After battling with weight problems for a long time, a new Sharon Cuneta shares the secret of her wellness and her weight loss journey.

These days, actress and mom Sharon Cuneta seems like she’s on top of the world. Sharon seems happier, healthier, and more hopeful. And she owes it all to the success of not just her weight loss journey, but to the success of her quest for wellness.

Sharon recently shared an album on Instagram, and wrote: “This photo was taken on January 4, 2016, the day my Father-In-Law passed away. The next photo was also taken in January 2016 during his wake.”

“I didn’t celebrate my 50th birthday because Daddy Dony died two days before. After the wake was over, I made a vow to myself: That I would not stop until I looked in the mirror and saw the “real me” again,” she adds.

“Two years after I started changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I was and still am doing it for ME. And I want to live a long, healthy life for and with my children and future grandchildren.”

She stuck to her eating and lifestyle habits

Sharon also shared that it was important for her to stick to her healthier eating and lifestyle habits.

She added that she is still working hard to maintain her current lifestyle, and that she’s grateful to her fans who have always supported her, even during her earlier struggle to lose weight.

“You, my Sharonians, deserve the best version of me. Thank you mula sa puso ko dahil hindi niyo ako iniwan nasa baba man ako ng maraming taon, pinipintasan, pinagtatawanan, tinuring nang ”patay,’ ‘laos,’ ‘tapos’ sa showbiz.”

The actress also took a humorous jab at her critics, saying “Hu u? Joke! Peace lang para happy si GOD! I love you all. God bless you! Thank you again for loving me.”
