REAL STORIES: "4 tips for breastfeeding my twins!"

Hello! I'm Mama Disay. I'm a mother of 5 kids. My eldest is 9yrs. old - Kuya Skye, my 2nd born went back to God in heaven (FDU) - baby Raine, my 3rd child is 3 yrs. old - ate Summer and I have a 1 mo. old twin boys - baby Aire and Snowe. What to do when both of them cried at the same time? Here are my tips for breastfeeding my twins.

Sana lang may anim akong kamay para sabay silang kargahin ano? Pero buti na lang it’s possible to feed them all at once with tandem feeding. Medyo mahirap sa umpisa pero parang nama-master ko na rin ang pag-breastdfeed sa kanila ng sabay.

4 tips to tandem feed

You need support – hindi lang physical na support kundi moral at emotional support. Tandem feeding is never easy plus some would frown on you – kesyo nagpapagod ka lang sa sarili mo, pwede mo naman i bottle feed.
Get all the pillow/ towels that you can and ilagay mo sa lap mo para magsilbing patungan nina baby.
Arrange the pillows tapos ilagay si baby 1 sa isang side ng lap mo – assist mo sya sa paglatch.
Then sunod naman ilagay si baby 2 sa kabilang side. 🙂

Sana nakatulong ang tips ko for breastfeeding my twins mommies. Lalo na sa mga mommy na twins ang baby. Kung kaya ko, kaya niyo rin. Para masigurado nating lahat ng nutrients ay nakukuha ng ating mga baby.
