Held at Eastwood City Mall, the Icons of Impact exhibit brought together 28 remarkable advocacies led by empowered Filipinas. The exhibit was a visual manifesto: raw, beautiful, and deeply personal. These were women who have made it their mission to speak up, to lift others, and to advocate for causes that matter—from inclusive education and mental health, to women’s rights, environmental sustainability, accessible healthcare, tech equity, and more.
“We didn’t want a typical Women’s Month event,” said Atty. Tina de Guzman, founder of Pinay Girl Boss. “We wanted something real. Something that felt like a hug.”
The event felt less like an exhibit and more like a reunion—of women who may not have met before, but instantly recognized each other in spirit.
The program began with a powerful LED tribute—each of the Icons displayed on loop, shining bright in the heart of the mall’s atrium. The exhibit launch, held on March 30, was a full-circle moment of community, where strangers became sisters and quiet advocates who found themselves reflected in each other.

In the afternoon, the celebration evolved into free empowerment workshops led by Pinay Girl Boss Academy mentors — sessions focused on women’s nutrition, mental health, personal style, and a fun hair and makeup session. These weren’t lectures—they were conversations. The kind that stay with you long after the last slide fades.

What made Icons of Impact unforgettable wasn’t just its execution, but its intention. This wasn’t about celebrity or perfection—it was about presence. It was about making space for women who have always been doing the work, often without a spotlight.
While the exhibit has wrapped, its ripple effect is just beginning.
“Women’s Month may be over,” de Guzman shared, “but the work continues. Empowerment isn’t a campaign. It’s a way of life.”
The initiative was made possible through the quiet strength of partners who shared the same heart: Brittany Hotel Villar City served as the picturesque backdrop for the beautiful women advocates, and Culture Salon MNL and My Closet Manager elevated each woman’s presence with hair, makeup, and wardrobe support.
As Pinay Girl Boss moves into its next phase—bringing more workshops, digital content, and nationwide community events—the message remains clear: we celebrate Filipina strength not just in March, but every day.

“Celebrate your wins—big or small,” de Guzman said in closing. “And while you’re at it, lift another woman too. Because when we celebrate each other, we change the world—one empowered woman at a time.”
The Icons of Impact 2025 Exhibit will remain on display at Eastwood City Mall, 2nd Level, until April 13—inviting everyone to experience the stories of 28 Filipina-led advocacies for inclusion, progress, and empowerment.
