It’s important for moms and dads to know what words they should say more often to their children.

Words have a lot of power, and saying the right thing can be very good to your child, while doing the wrong thing might be very detrimental to your child’s well-being.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me… 

We’ve all heard this rhyme growing up, but let’s be honest, it isn’t true. Words have a lasting effect, especially on children, so it’s important that parents be mindful of the things they say and what they teach.
