Yummy Baon Recipe: Herbed Chicken Fillet with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Give hotdogs and spam a rest with this delicious chicken recipe that’s sure to change up your boring baon meal routine. This chicken thigh fillet meat is loaded with flavor that kids will love. It’s easy to eat and comes with the friendly taste of its creamy garlic sauce.

Herbed Chicken Fillet with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken

1lb chicken thigh fillet, pounded thin

salt & pepper

3 tsp cooking oil

1 tsp chopped fresh or dried basil

Sauce

3 tsp all purpose cream

3 tsp milk

1/4 tsp finely chopped garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Season chicken with basil, salt and pepper. Cook in an olive oil or nonstick sprayed skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in the center then remove to a plate and set aside.

2. Turn heat down to medium. Add the garlic, add the milk and the cream. Stir until creamy.

3. Spoon sauce over cooked chicken then serve.
