Jewel Mische buntis sa panganay nila ng kaniyang asawang si Alex Kurzer. Araw na lang ang binibilang ng aktres bago niya isilang ang kanilang baby girl sa Amerika.
“As of last OB appointment, I am 3cm dilated already!” hayag ng mommy-to-be sa isang post sa Instagram.
Dagdag pa nito na bagamat nasa ika-38 week na siya ng kaniyang pagbubuntis ay mabuti pa rin ang kaniyang kalagayan at naiwasan ang karamihan sa mga sintomas ng pagbubuntis.
“In this pregnancy, so far, I have been sice once (when I was about 7 weeks). I had a melt down once (still during the first trimester, at a public store!!😰😂) and turned “violent” almost only once…until yesterday. LOL. (You don’t wanna know what happened, I was kicking & screaming over the stupidiest thing you’d discover 👉🏼 aaah she’s NOT ‘perfect’ after all.😬🤣😉😊 Nope, far from it.) BUT, for the most part, I’ve been in control of myself and my #attitude. I’m not crabby or irritable or have that roller coaster of emotions. My mood does not fluctuate (like my BUMP, 😂).”
Week 38 this week 🤰🏻 and amazingly still feeling great!!!🙌🏼❤️ In this pregnancy, so far, I have been sick once (for a few hours when I was about 7 weeks 🤰🏻), had a melt down once (still during the first trimester, at a public store!!😰😂) and turned “violent” almost only once…until yesterday.🙄 LOL. (You don’t wanna know what happened, I was kicking & screaming over the stupidiest thing you’d discover 👉🏼 aaah she’s NOT ‘perfect’ after all.😬🤣😉😊 Nope, far from it.) BUT, for the most part, I’ve been in control of myself and my #attitude. I’m not crabby or irritable or have that roller coaster of emotions. My mood does not fluctuate (like my BUMP, 😂). Physically, haven’t been better! My workouts has definitely slowed down, not because of anything else but I’m just sooo busy “nesting” and trying to get everything done before #BGK (Baby Girl Kurzer) comes. One thing I realized recently, I’m glad I was disciplined the last 8 months trying to stay fit.. because days like these will come. Still, I am just reaping the most harvest now.. besides a more obvious bump (I’m enjoying so much, btw 😍), and constant bathroom breaks!!!!😤 I have almost zero symptoms in my body (and I can still do a full sit-up out of our bed! Cheers to a stronger core & a six pack after I drop this baby! Hahah.💪🏼) – Last week I was with another 🤰🏻 lady, she said she hates being pregnant and she is so glad it’s almost over. I can honestly say that I don’t have that problem at all. As a matter of fact it is difficult for me to understand it, because it’s been such a wonderful time for me. But I’m pretty sure it’s because long before I got pregnant I have decided that I will not let my kid who is a size of a Watermelon seed (or fruit 🍉 ) rule me for 37 weeks, or however long it takes. And though some days are harder than others to apply, I have this “I don’t ask how Jewel feels, I TELL HER how she feels!”, It worked for me then and it works for me now.👊🏼 — Anyway, as of last OB appointment I am 3cm dilated already!!😳 Anyone wanna play guess her birth day?!!👇🏼 I’m gonna go wiiiiiiith July 25th!!! Why? Coz! 🤷🏻♀️🕰🏡😄 #theKurzersgrow🤰🏻

Tunay na fitspiration si Jewel sa mga buntis. Nang mga nakaraang buwan, tuloy-tuloy ang pag-eehersisyo ng dating aktres kahit na lumalaki na ang kaniyang tiyan. Madalas siyang mag-post ng kaniyang mga work out pictures upang ma-enganyo ang ibang katulad niyang buntis na maging healthy din.
