SM Supermalls North Luzon SuperMoms Club Meetup Recap: Wellness, Fitness, and Empowerment

SM Supermalls held its first North Luzon SuperMoms Club Meetup at SM City Telabastagan in Pampanga, with VIP SuperMom Bettinna Carlos Eduardo leading the festivities. The exciting event brought together SuperMoms from across the region for an afternoon filled with wellness, fitness, and enriching discussions.

On July 13, Saturday, SuperMoms of San Fernando City, Pampanga gathered to spend the afternoon energizing their mind and spirit with a relaxing yoga session conducted by Chaitanya Mission and an empowering Zumba class with SMT Zumba Fitness and SMT Retro Queen.

A key feature of the #SuperMomsClubMeetup, whose theme is “Empowering SuperMoms Through Mental Health Wellness,” was an informative panel discussion. Esteemed speakers included Dr. Joan Mae Perez-Rifareal from the Philippine Psychiatric Association Inc. (PPA), Dr. Grace Viola from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), theAsianparent Philippines VIP Mom Jaycelle Playda-Sahagun, and SM Supermalls’ Vice President for Corporate Marketing, Ms. Grace F. Magno. The panel provided valuable insights and discussions on mental health and well-being.
