Ultrasound embryo transfer
In ultrasound-guided embryo transfer, embryos are transferred into the womb with a catheter.
As the catheter can be seen clearly with ultrasound, the embryos are therefore placed more accurately to increase the chances of pregnancy.
The ultrasound-guided embryo transfer has been available since 2006. It is suitable for women who cannot conceive due to low implantation rates.
